Please note that the property is only accessible by the following modes of transfer:
- Airport transfer via shared seaplane – travel duration is approximately 45 minutes (subject to weather conditions)
- Airport transfer via domestic flight (45 to 90 minutes) + speedboat transfer (30 minutes)
Seaplane transfers are for the following additional fees from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025:
- Adult: USD 665
- Children aged 2–11 years: USD 328
Domestic flight and speedboat (shared) are for the following additional fees from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025:
- Adult: USD 665
- Children aged 2–11 years: USD 328
Return airport transfer fees:
- Adult (12 years and above): USD 660 per person
- Child (2–11 years): USD 330 per child
- Infant (0–2 years): Free of cost (seated on an adult's lap)
The resort reserves the right to revise the rates in case of a government mandate to increase GST tax or change in fuel cost.
All guests are required to send full guest names for all accompanied guests along with international arrival and departure flight details directly to the property at least 7 days prior to arrival to confirm the seaplane or domestic flight transfers to the resort.
The transfer accounted in the total booking price is for 2 adults only.
Children between 2 and 12 years will be charged USD 330 including GST for round-trip seaplane transfers.
Infants aged less than 2 years travel free with parents (no seat is provided). Children aged 12 years and above are charged adult rates.

Seaplanes are operational only during daytime from 06:30 to 15:30 as per Maldivian aviation regulations and are subject to weather conditions and maintenance needs.
Guests arriving on flights at around 15:00 are required to be at the check-in counter by 16:00 in order to guarantee transfers on the same day.
Guests departing on international flights earlier than 09:00 may be required to check out 1 day before the date of departure and stay overnight in Malé (at their own cost) to reach the airport on time.
